"Return process was way more frustrating than it needed to be"
I sent the item back and I’m still waiting on my refund. What made it more annoying is that the communication has been really unclear, so I’m not sure what’s happening or when I should expect my money back.

I picked these up for a cosplay, and they look close to the photos. The fit was mostly fine, maybe a little stiff at first, but after walking around in them for a bit they started to feel better. They’re not exactly perfect, but for the price, I’d say they do the job well.

"Delivery was kind of a mess"
The costume itself was fine once it finally showed up, so I’ll give them that. But wow, the delivery part was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, it missed the date they originally gave me, and I ended up having to message them just to find out what was going on. Anyway, the costume was okay. Not the worst experience ever, but I definitely wouldn’t order from here again if I needed something by a specific day.

The costume looked decent overall, but the sizing was a bit off for me. I followed the size chart, and it still ended up tight around the shoulders. i kind of expected it because costumes always seem to run small in my experience, and this one pretty much confirmed that. It wasn’t awful, and I was able to adjust it a bit, but still not quite what I hoped for. 3 stars.

When my costume showed up , the sizing was off and I was frustrated at first . I reached out to Pro Cosplay and it did take a few days before I got a clear answer , which was a little annoying . But they did end up helping me work through it and the problem was resolved in the end . It wasn’t the smoothest experience , but I appreciated that they didn’t just ignore me

"Pretty disappointing for the hassle"
I was really hoping this wig would work out, but it looked thin and already got tangled after just one wear. I don’t want to spend a ton of time brushing, fixing, and trying to make it look decent every time I use it, so it ended up being more effort than it was worth

"Really happy with how the fabric turned out"
I ordered from procosplay.com the fabric surprised me in a good way. I was kind of expecting it to feel a bit thin or costume-y, but it actually felt solid, and the stitching seemed fine when I tried everything on.

It was comfortable enough to wear for a few hours too, which is always a win. The colors looked nice in person and didn’t feel off from what I expected. Yeah, I’d definitely buy from them again...

They did get back to my emails, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, but the wait felt avoidable. I got the answer I needed in the end, so overall it was okay, just not the quickest experience.

"Couldn’t get a straight answer"
The communication was frustrating. I kept having to ask the same questions over and over, and it took forever to get a reply. And then when they did respond, it felt rushed, like they weren’t really explaining anything clearly. It just made the whole order way more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t use them again.

I ordered a wig and a few small props from procosplay.com for my cosplay, and I was actually impressed. Usually cosplay accessories from anywhere online are either amazing or totally flimsy with no in-between, so I wasn’t expecting too much, but the clips and little metal pieces felt surprisingly solid.
Everything looked close enough to the photos, and nothing snapped or fell apart even after wearing it all day, which is basically all you can ask for with this kind of stuff. Shipping was fine too, nothing dramatic. I’d definitely order accessories from them again.

"Not the quality I was hoping for"
I was really excited for this costume, so it was disappointing when it arrived. In the photos it looked great, but in person the fabric felt thin, the seams were messy, and a few parts didn’t line up the way they should. It made me realize how much the small details matter with cosplay, especially when you’re hoping to feel confident wearing it. Unfortunately, this one just felt cheap and poorly made, and I don’t think I’d order from Procosplay again

For me, the costume looked decent enough, but the fit just wasn’t right. I went with my usual size, and it somehow felt tight in certain areas while being loose in others. After wearing it for a little while, the fabric started to feel a bit itchy too. It’s not terrible, but I personally expected it to be more comfortable.

I got my costume from procosplay.com, i’m really happy with it. I know some people can be picky about cosplay stuff, but the stitching, buttons, and all the little details actually look really nice in person. It did take a little while to arrive, but that’s not exactly shocking, and for the quality I got, I’d say it was worth the wait. The fit was pretty much spot on too, so I don’t really have much to complain about.

"Took a bit longer than I hoped"
The order turned out fine in the end, so I can’t complain too much. But the processing was slower than I expected, and it sat for a few days before it even shipped, which was frustrating since I needed it sooner. Customer service did get back to me, so I’ll give them that. Not the worst experience, just wish things had moved a lot faster.

I went with the custom measurements and, for the most part, it fit well. The sleeves were a little tight, but otherwise I’m happy with how it came out. Not really sure if I measured that part wrong or what, but overall it worked out...
